We want you to love every Oliver & Smith purchase and we believe that it’s okay to change your mind. So if you are not fully satisfied, you can receive a full refund of the purchase price. If you purchased your mattress on www.oliverandsmith.com we ask that you keep and try your new mattress for at least 30 days, It can take about this long for your body to adjust to your brand-new mattress. We find that if you are on the fence about loving your new mattress it may just take a short while to get used to the new feel of the mattress. If you still find the mattress just isn’t right for you, all we require is proof of donation within 100 days from delivery. We suggest donating to non-profit organizations, For example,  The Salvation Army (https://satruck.org),  Habitat for Humanity (https://www.habitat.org),  Goodwill, or any other local charity close to your heart. Please be sure to send your proof of donation ( receipt ) to support@oliverandsmith.com so that we can start the refund process. Return policy applies only to original purchasers of Oliver and Smith products which were purchased directly from the website at Oliveandsmith.com.
